Can I swap the cover without removing the base from the wall?

What is the difference between FIRE and ALERT markings?
FIRE-marked covers are required on notification devices used in fire alarm systems per NFPA 72. ALERT-marked covers are used for mass notification or general signaling applications. Check your AHJ's requirements.
Does this cover include the strobe lens or horn assembly?
