The LumiCenter FR*10 Channel Add-on License brings real-time facial recognition to 10 camera channels running on LumiCenter Plus or Max VMS. Every frame gets checked against your watchlist in real time -- no delayed processing, no manual review required before an alert fires.

Built for the commercial integrator

Deploy facial recognition across a lobby, access point cluster, or multi-entry facility without per-site infrastructure changes. The module hooks directly into LumiCenter's analytics engine and works with any camera already licensed in the system. Watchlist capacity is unlimited by license and syncs to the cloud, so enrollments made at one site are immediately available across the deployment. A LumiCenter video license is required for each camera channel in addition to this add-on.

Which LumiCenter editions support facial recognition?
LumiCenter Plus and Max only. LumiCenter Basic does not include support for the FR add-on module.
Do I need a separate video license for each camera?
Yes. The FR add-on enables facial recognition on up to 10 channels, but each of those channels must also have a standard LumiCenter video license. The FR license does not replace the video license.
Can I add more than 10 channels?
Yes. Stack multiple LCE-FR10 licenses to cover larger deployments. Each additional 10-pack adds 10 more facial recognition channels to the same LumiCenter system.
Is the watchlist size limited by the license?
No. Watchlist enrollment capacity is unlimited regardless of how many FR licenses are active. You can enroll as many individuals as the job requires.
How are alerts delivered when a match occurs?
Alerts fire through the LumiCenter UI, SMS/text, email, and/or API webhook -- configurable per-event. Positive and negative lists each support independent alert rules.
Can facial recognition trigger door access or other actions?
Yes. The FR module supports macro automation on match events. Common triggers include unlocking a door, activating a relay, or initiating a custom workflow already configured in LumiCenter.
Do watchlists sync across multiple sites?
Yes. Enrollments are cloud-synchronized, so a face added at one site is immediately available for matching at all connected LumiCenter deployments.
