The Omada ES205G is a 5-port Gigabit Easy Managed switch for a small closet, a desk or an AP drop that needs VLANs and loop protection without stepping up to a Smart switch. It supports plug-and-play for instant connectivity, and adopts into the same Omada site as the gateway and access points.
Built for small wired and wireless jobs
All five ports are 10/100/1000 RJ45 with auto MDI/MDIX. The metal case is fanless, sits on a desk or mounts on a wall, and has a security lock slot. 802.1Q VLANs, IGMP snooping and loopback detection are built in, with QoS and port mirroring available when a job calls for them.

System requirements
Uses the included 5V DC external power adapter (100-240V AC input). This model has no PoE output. Centralized management needs an Omada Cloud-Based, Hardware or Software Controller on built-in version 6.1.0 or later; zero-touch provisioning needs the cloud controller. Without a controller the switch runs standalone from its web interface.
