The Genesis LED EGC Series ceiling strobe delivers field-selectable 15, 30, 75, or 115 cd output from a low-profile LED platform that draws significantly less current than legacy Xenon strobes. Less current per device means more devices per NAC circuit, fewer booster power supplies, and the ability to run smaller gauge wire on longer runs.

Built for the commercial installer

UL listed for indoor public-mode notification, the EGCVWF mounts to standard 1-gang, 2-gang, 4-inch octagon, and 4-inch square electrical boxes with no special hardware. The included GP10 room side wiring plate lets you pre-wire and verify circuit continuity before snapping the device into place. Under-cover diagnostics test points give you access to the NAC circuit without pulling the device off the ceiling.

System requirements

Operates on 16-33 VDC or 16-33 VFWR NAC circuits. Compatible synchronization sources include Kidde CC Series Signal Modules, Booster and Auxiliary Power Supplies, and Intelligent and Conventional Fire Alarm Control Panels. Electrical boxes must be at least 1-1/2" deep.
