The Kidde Genesis LED EGC ceiling strobe delivers selectable 15, 30, 75, or 115 candela output from a single compact unit, reducing SKU complexity and on-site inventory. A rotary switch on the device sets the cd level - no need to swap modules or return to the truck for a different model.
Built for the commercial fire installer
The EGC Series mounts to standard 1-gang, 2-gang, 4-inch octagon, or 4-inch square boxes with the included room-side wiring plate. Low-profile ceiling mount at 6.8" diameter by 1.82" deep keeps the device unobtrusive in commercial corridors, lobbies, and open-plan offices. UL 1971 listed (S218) and ULC listed, with FM Approval for industrial and hazardous occupancy applications.
