Field-selectable 15, 30, or 75 cd strobe output and high/low horn dB settings let you configure per-room coverage without stocking multiple SKUs. LED technology pulls significantly less current than legacy Xenon strobes, meaning fewer NAC circuits and power supplies on the job.
Built for the fire alarm installer
The EG1 is backwards compatible with existing Xenon-based Genesis strobes, so you can mix LED and Xenon devices on the same circuit during phased upgrades - no rewiring required. Synchronization works with Kidde CC Series signal modules, booster and auxiliary power supplies, and both intelligent and conventional control panels. UL 1971, UL 1638, and UL 464 listed. ADA compliant per 28 CFR Part 36. CSFM approved.

Wiring and installation
