The G4SVWN-B is a Genesis LED G4 wall-mount speaker-strobe built for mass notification systems in commercial buildings. It pairs a high-fidelity speaker (STI .81) with a blue LED strobe in a low-profile housing that protrudes just 1.62 inches from the wall - keeping hallways and corridors clean while delivering the audio clarity and visual output installers need on NAC circuits.

Built for the commercial installer

The Genesis G4 mounts to standard two-gang or 4-inch square electrical boxes using the GRSW room-side wiring plate, so there's no special hardware to source. Pre-wire the plate, verify continuity with the built-in diagnostics check bar, and snap the device into place. Field-selectable 25V/70V speaker voltage and four wattage taps (1/4W through 2W) mean one SKU covers a range of coverage requirements without swapping hardware. Voltage and wattage settings stay visible through side inspection windows after the cover is closed.

LED strobe technology draws a fraction of the current of legacy Xenon devices, allowing longer circuit runs and more devices per NAC. Genesis LED strobes are backward compatible with Xenon - you can mix them on the same circuit and in the same field of view for phased upgrades without ripping out existing devices.

System requirements

Requires a GRSW room-side wiring plate (ordered separately as GRSW-10, pack of 10). Synchronizes with Kidde CC Series Signal Modules, Booster and Auxiliary Power Supplies, and Intelligent and Conventional Control Panels. Electrical boxes must be at least 1-1/2 inches deep.
