The X1100 is the controller an Alarm.com Smarter Access Control job is built around: it lands on the customer network, reports to the Alarm.com for Business platform, and is programmed from the same web portal and app the dealer already uses for intrusion and video.

Built for the commercial installer

There is no access control server to spec, no client software to install on the customer's PC, and no separate credential database to keep in sync. Doors and users are managed from the Alarm.com app, and because intrusion and video are on the same platform, badge events tag the video timeline and a badge-in can disarm the system without a third-party integration to build and maintain.

The board carries two dedicated reader inputs, four relay outputs at 5 A NO and 3 A NC, and four programmable inputs, plus dedicated inputs for tamper, AC fail and battery fail. A 50,000-event message buffer means an outage does not lose the audit trail. UL 294 certified, and rated for low-voltage Class 2 circuits only.

System requirements

Requires 12 to 24 VDC at 550 mA max excluding reader power, an Ethernet connection, and an active Alarm.com for Business account with Smarter Access Control. Reader power is automatically regulated to 12 VDC at up to 500 mA per reader. Low-voltage Class 2 circuits only.
